A centrifugal blower is a mechanical device designed to increase or decrease the air pressure in the room. This centrifugal fan uses the principle of centrifugal force to generate a fluid flow of gas. Similar to a centrifugal pump, air enters through the inlet which is in the center of the centrifugal fan rotation, then pushed away from the fan shaft due to the centrifugal force from the rotating fan blades. At the same flow rate, centrifugal fans produce a greater outlet air pressure compared to axial fans.
